Shabbos fighters unite!

I hope to channel the desperation I felt from reading the Jewish week half shabbos article into something constructive. The Baal Shem Tov once witnessed somebody desecrating shabbos and he was very disturbed. He understood that Kol Hanegaim Adam Roeh Chutz, Menigas Atzmo. That all of the blemishes a person sees external of themselves is really mirroring a deficiency that they possess. The Baal Shem realized that he had once heard somebody making fun of a tzadik who is bechinas shabbos and he kept quiet which was tantamount to his own chilul shabbos. Understandably my negative association with the half shabbos article is a reflection of my own half shabbos and I hope this blog will serve as an inspiration to myself and others who are striving to make half shabbos into full shabbos!
